User Data Deletion
Last updated: 24 June 2026
Cultonomy, operated by Drag The Net Pty Ltd (ABN 41 672 521 032), respects your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains how to request deletion of the data we hold about you, including any data we received through the Instagram or Facebook APIs.
How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your data in either of the following ways:
- In the app — go to your account settings and choose to delete your account. This removes your profile and associated personal data.
- By email — send a request to privacy@cultonomy.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
What we delete
On a valid request we delete the personal information associated with your account, including your profile details, content you have uploaded, and any data we received via the Instagram or Facebook APIs. Some information may be retained where we are required to keep it by law (for example, transaction records needed for tax or accounting), and backups are purged on a rolling cycle.
Revoking Instagram / Facebook access
If you connected an Instagram or Facebook account, you can also remove Cultonomy's access at any time from the Apps and Websites settings within Instagram or Facebook. Doing so stops any further data access; to delete data we have already received, use one of the request methods above.
How long it takes
We acknowledge deletion requests promptly and complete verified deletions within 30 days.
